The hotel environment and the emenities were very good compared to other HSM franchises, but except Seremban one. Our stay is so relaxing and enjoyable. Alongside thoughtful amenities and general comfort as well as the value of adequate spaces and adorable and calming environment.

As with any other Seri Malaysia hotels, the room is quite big...it can easily fit us...the family room has 1 queen and 1 single bed which is enough for us to be comfortable...the pool is good and the breakfast is nice...

The room was so comfortable and friendly with users. The receptionists were so kind and professional while doing their tasks. The pool is clean and big and can fix more people at one time.

1. Family room very cozy, comfortable and value for money 2. Pool clean, very big and my daughter like it 3. Buffet breakfast very good, a variety of choice and value for money 4. All staff were polite and friendly 5. Public area very clean

Our room faced the hill and it was an amazing view. We wouldn't trade this for anything else. The calm and quiet environment during our stay was to die for--given the hectic life nowadays. The room was basically clean and we managed rather well with the simplicity of it. This time around we were lucky to get such wonderfully fragrant towels. The staff were friendly too. Additionally we got to see monkeys roaming freely at the hillside, they were okay...minding their own business and did not harm us in any ways. Rather cute some of them. This was my third time staying here...great experience. Thanks.

The room was okay, clean and spacious. There s classic vibe to it, but the room was clean so all is good.
